WASHINGTON –U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham (R-South Carolina) today made this statement on news reports that Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-New York) wants to delay Judge Brett Kavanaugh’s Supreme Court confirmation hearings. 

“I strongly oppose any postponement of the Supreme Court confirmation hearings for Judge Kavanaugh.

“Senator Schumer may believe that the Michael Cohen and Paul Manafort cases invalidate the election – I do not.”
